About Harvard Neighbors
Harvard Neighbors is a volunteer and membership organization that for over 100 years
has worked to create a sense of community for the members of this large
University.
We are located at:
Loeb House
17 Quincy St.
Cambridge, MA 02138
Through a wide variety of activities, we help both newcomers and more
established members to become acquainted with one another. Our volunteers
welcome and offer support to recent arrivals; we plan and host a variety
of social events; and we offer special activities and social opportunities
for people who share common interests. We can also help answer your questions
about Harvard and the Boston Area.
Joining Harvard Neighbors will involve
you with a group of friendly people from different areas of the University.
We welcome and depend on volunteers' time and talents. Let us know if you would like to volunteer. You will be supporting our goal of keeping Harvard a
welcoming and helpful place.
Membership is open to active and retired Harvard faculty and staff (including visting scholar and researchers, post-doc fellows and program fellows) and their spouses or partners.
